Breaking Barriers with Yuenkei Ho | 與何宛淇一同打破隔閡

Join us on December 5th for an empowering talk and Boccia experience with Yuenkei Ho, BBS, a Paralympic Gold medallist and record-breaking Boccia athlete. We’ll close the session with a gentle chair yoga session, designed for those with limited mobility and tailored for wheelchair users as well.

Meet Our Guest Speaker:

Yuenkei Ho is a Hong Kong Paralympic gold medalist in Boccia. At Paris 2024, she became the world's first female Boccia athlete to win both individual and mixed pairs gold. Beyond sport, she motivates students across Hong Kong through life education talks. She was named one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (2023) and awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (2025).

She is also the Founder of LOVE INCLUSION CHARITY ASSOCIATION, a non-profit dedicated to promoting equality and social inclusion, with a special focus on helping people with special educational needs integrate into the community. Guided by the vision of "Love No Boundaries, Inclusion We Create," the Association brings people from all walks of life together through professional support, life education, and inclusive experiences, fostering understanding, respect, and acceptance. This mission closely aligns with our own commitment to accessible wellbeing for all.

嘉賓講者簡介
何宛淇女士是香港殘奧硬地滾球金牌得主。在 2024 年巴黎殘奧會上，她成為全球首位同時榮獲個人及混合雙人賽金牌的女子硬地滾球運動員。在運動場外，她亦積極走訪全港各中小學，透過生命教育講座激勵學生。她曾榮膺「香港十大傑出青年（2023）」，並獲頒授「銅紫荊星章（2025）」。

她同時是**「愛共融慈善協會」**的創辦人。該非牟利機構致力推動平等與社會共融，並特別專注於協助有特殊教育需要 (SEN) 的人士融入社區。該會秉持「愛無分你我，共融創未來」的理念，透過專業支援、生命教育和共融體驗，將各界人士凝聚在一起，從而促進大眾的理解、尊重與接納。此使命與我們一直堅持「讓每個人都能享受到身心健康」的承諾不謀而合。
