CDC Family Wellness Day

CDC Family Wellness Day returns in November, bringing together FREE adult health checks and children’s developmental screening, all in one place.

We are pleased to extend this invitation to the children and families your organisation serves.  The event will take place on Saturday, 28 November 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at CDC Fortress Hill Centre. 

All adult members of the families are welcome to register for a free health check. 

Free Developmental Screening is also available for children aged under 7 years and 11 months, subject to eligibility.
