To access our donation-based classes, every new student must complete an intake form. This one-time step is your key to becoming a member and ensures a safe, supportive experience for all. Your form submission is your all-access pass. It allows us to confidentially note health considerations, confirm your eligibility, and officially welcome you. For some classes, the next step is a friendly meet-and-greet.

    Carefully review our Terms & Conditions, including Participation Responsibility, Waiver of Liability, and Photo Release. 請務必細閱我們的條款及細則，包括參與責任聲明、免責聲明 及 照片使用同意條款等等。

  • To Bring 需帶備物品:
    Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, water bottle, towel, and any personal items. We have yoga mats and props for you to borrow.
    請穿著舒適、方便活動的衣物，並自備水樽、毛巾及任何個人物品。我們已備有瑜伽墊及輔助道具供借用。

Your registration supports our community. Please pay close attention to our Cancellation Policy to avoid missed session charges. 您的報名支持我們的社羣運作。請留意並遵守我們的取消政策，以避免因缺席而產生的相關費用。

  • Honor Your RSVP 請珍惜您的報名名額:
    Please be considerate and honor your commitment to attend. Please arrive on time. Spaces are limited and valuable to our community. 敬請尊重並履行您的出席承諾，準時到達。課堂名額有限，對社羣中的每一位成員都十分珍貴。

  • Pay-As-You-Wish Donation 隨喜捐款:
    Please only contribute what is right for you. This model ensures access for all. If you are in a position to do so, donating generously helps us subsidise places for those in need. You can pay by cash in our donation box at the YAMA Centre, or donate online. 敬請按您的能力與意願捐款，此模式確保課堂對所有人保持開放與可及。如您情況許可，慷慨捐助可協助我們補貼有需要人士的參與名額。您可於 YAMA 中心 的捐款箱以現金捐款，或選擇 網上捐款。
