Yoga Therapy Scholarship Scheme T&Cs 瑜伽治療獎學金計劃條款及細則

  1. Accepted applicants agree to pay a deposit of HK$2,500 to secure their participation in the programme. This deposit is fully-refundable, upon participants’ fulfilment of ALL YTSS Programme Conditions. 被錄取人士需同意支付港幣2,500元的按金，以鎖定參加本計劃的位置。 若參加者能完全履行所有YTSS 計劃的條件，該按金將於計劃結束時全額退還。

  2. Participants must complete all 10 sessions within the specified programme term (usually 12 weeks). 參加者必須於課程指定期間內（通常12週）完成10堂的療程。

    Class Cancellation Policy 課堂取消政策 :

    — Up to 2 make-up classes may be scheduled with minimum 24 hours advance notice to the teacher. Make-up classes are subject to teacher and class venue availability. 於課堂24小時前通知取消，最多安排2次補堂。補堂視乎導師和場地可供應情況而定。

    — Less than 24 hours advance notice will be considered a LATE CANCELLATION and no make-up class will be offered; the Participant will immediately forfeit their programme deposit. 少於24小時通知即視為「逾時取消」，不能補堂，按金亦不會被發還。

    — Upon TWO late cancellations, the Participant will lose their placement and all remaining classes will be cancelled. 如「逾時取消」2 次，參與者將立即失去參加資格，所有餘下課堂亦均被取消。

  3. Participants agree to undergo 2 developmental assessments by a YAMA-appointed third-party medical paediatrician: before the first session and after the last session. These assessments will be at no cost to participants. 補貼計劃參加者必須同意接受兩項身心健康發展評估：在計劃開始之前和10堂療程完成後。兩項評估將由第三方醫療兒科醫生進行，費用全免。

  4. Participants’ parents/guardians agree to complete 2 short questionnaires: at the beginning and at the end of the programme. 於療程開始前及完成10堂後，參加者之家長或監護人須完成2份簡短問卷。

  5. Participants agree to complete a brief questionnaire each week, before and after class (assisted by accompanying parents/carers, if needed). 每週課堂前後參加者須完成一份簡短問卷（如有需要，可由陪同家長/照顧者協助）。

  6. Participants authorise YAMA Foundation to take photographs and/or videos of them in connection with the YTSS Programme, and authorise YAMA to copyright, use, and publish these in print and/or electronically for the purposes of publicity, illustration, advertising, and fundraising. 參加者授權 YAMA Foundation 為其拍攝與 YTSS 計劃相關的照片和/或影片，並授權 YAMA 以印刷和/或電子方式使用這些內容進行版權、使用和發布，以用於宣傳、插圖、廣告和籌款等。

  7. Participants grant to YAMA Foundation the permission to publish and disseminate results from the developmental assessment results and self-reporting questionnaires, as part of YAMA Foundation’s research and advocacy efforts. YAMA will ensure that the identity of each participant is kept anonymous and strictly confidential. 參加者及其家長或監護人授予YAMA基金會公佈和傳播療程的發展評估及自填問卷的結果之權利，以支援YAMA基金會的研究及宣傳工作。YAMA基金會將確保所有參加者的身份匿名及絕對嚴格保密。

  8. Participants and their parents/legal guardians agree to abide by YAMA Foundation’s full Terms & Conditions. 參與者及其父母/法定監護人同意遵守 YAMA 基金會的所有條款和細則。

BAD WEATHER POLICY
惡劣天氣課堂安排

THE SAFETY OF OUR TEACHERS, BENEFICIARIES AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS COMES FIRST.
我們的導師、服務對象及主要持份者之安全乃首要考慮。
All participants and parents must observe and abide by the following rules.
所有參加者及家長必須遵守以下規則。

Rule 1: We check the weather (THREE) times a day.
規條一：我們每日查看天氣(三)個時段。

  • Morning Classes 上午課堂 (上午8:00am–下午1:00pm)
    Check at 查看時間: 上午6:00am

  • Afternoon Classes 下午課堂 (下午1:00pm–下午5:00pm)
    Check at 查看時間: 上午11:00am

  • Evening Classes 晚間課堂 (下午5:00pm–晚上9:00pm)
    Check at 查看時間: 下午3:00pm

Rule 2: Weather signals at checkpoints
規條二：查核時段的天氣信號規則

  • T1 一號戒備信號

    • Classes continue (monitor the situation).
      課堂照常進行（留意情況）。

  • T3 三號強風信號

    • Cancel all classes in the time block.
      該時段所有課堂取消。

  • T8 八號烈風或暴風信號

    • Cancel all classes in the time block.
      該時段所有課堂取消。

  • Amber Rainstorm 黃色暴雨警告

    • Standby. Classes may continue; monitor the situation. If forecast to escalate to Red/Black within class time, cancel all classes in the time block.
      待定。課堂可能照常進行，留意情況。如預料天氣在課堂時間內惡化至紅色或黑色暴雨警告，該時段所有課堂將取消。

  • Red Rainstorm 紅色暴雨警告

    • Cancel all classes in the time block.
      該時段所有課堂取消。

  • Black Rainstorm 黑色暴雨警告

    • Cancel all classes in the time block.

IMPORTANT NOTES! 重要提示!

  • ✅ If you feel unsafe to travel, stay home and inform your teacher.
    如您認為出行不安全,請留在家中並通知您的導師。

  • ❌ For everyone’s safety, we cannot hold classes during dangerous weather. No exceptions.
    為保障所有人的安全,在惡劣天氣下我們不能舉辦課堂,恕無例外。

  • If your class is cancelled due to bad weather, we will notify you as soon as possible.
    如課堂因惡劣天氣而取消，我們將盡快通知您。

  • 🚶 If the weather turns bad after a checkpoint and you are already on your way to class, please come to the venue and shelter inside. We will wait together until it is safe before everyone goes home.
    如查核時段後天氣轉壞，而您已在前往課堂途中，請前往場地暫避。我們會一同等候至安全後才回家。

  • 🏫 If the weather turns bad while class is already in session, class will be paused and you will be notified immediately. You may leave early if safe to do so; otherwise you will be safely supervised until it is safe to leave. No one will be sent outside in dangerous weather.
    如課堂進行期間天氣轉壞，課堂將暫停，我們會即時通知您。如安全可行，您可提前離開；否則將獲安全看顧，直至情況安全方可離開。在惡劣天氣下，任何人均不會被要求離開場地。

  • This policy applies to everyone and cannot be waived, regardless of individual requests. We prioritise safety at all times.

  • If you do not hear from us, class is on as usual.
    如沒有收到我們的通知，即代表課堂如常舉行。
