YAMA Foundation may take photos and/or filming of classes, and use such photographs/films of the persons in the classes and for any lawful purpose, such as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media and Web content. Ｗe require your consent for such materials to be published.

Below are the permissions you grant to us to use photographs/video/recordings of all activities related to the YAMA Foundation:

  • I grant to YAMA Foundation, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject.
    本人授權 YAMA Foundation、其代表和員工就上述提及的項目拍攝本人及本人財物的權利。

  • I authorise the YAMA Foundation, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that the YAMA Foundation may use such photographs of me (or my child) with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
    本人授權 YAMA基金會及其版權的轉讓人和受讓人，以印刷和/或電子方式使用和出版版權。本人亦同意 YAMA基金會可以使用帶有/或沒有本人或孩子的名字的照片，並用於任何合法目的，包括例如宣傳，插圖，廣告和互聯網內容等。

  • As parent/legal guardian of the above-named Participant, I grant to YAMA Foundation and its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me/my child* and my property in connection with the above-identified Programme, and authorise YAMA Foundation and its assigns and transferees to copyright, use, and publish said photographs and videos in both print and electronic media.

    作為該活動參與者的家長/合法監護人，本人同意及授予 YAMA 基金會及其代表和員工就該活動所有拍攝之影片、影像及記錄之檔案（包括本人/本人的孩兒和財物）絕對的使用權。並授予其使用任何照片（印刷和電子格式）版權、發佈及出版的權利。
