Lucia is a certified Yoga practitioner and has received qualifications in Yoga for the Special Child® and Accessible Yoga. She has spent most of her career working with vulnerable communities, offering an adaptive and inclusive style, and has seen first-hand how yoga has helped improve the mental and physical wellbeing of her students.
