Christy is registered as a music therapist in Australia, with over a decade of clinical experience. She holds a Master's degree in Music Therapy from the University of Melbourne and is a professional member of the Australian Music Therapy Association. Her extensive freelance career has been dedicated to supporting a wide range of individuals, with a particular focus on children with special educational needs and disabilities. She also works with adolescents, and aged adults experiencing dementia, stroke rehabilitation, and mental rehabilitation.

Her approach is grounded in clinical evidence and holistic wellness, using music as a dynamic medium to facilitate emotional expression, reduce stress, improve social skills and communication skills, and enhance cognitive and physical functioning.

Christy believes in the profound ability of music to connect with individuals on a deep level, fostering resilience and improving overall quality of life. Through music, she also helps individuals connect with their inner self, fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where each client can explore their potential and achieve meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

In recent years, Christy has received some mindfulness training and actively integrates these practices into her therapeutic work. She also currently serves as a part-time lecturer at the university level, teaching courses related to mindfulness and music.

近年，Christy 接受了一些正念訓練，並積極將正念練習融入其治療工作當中。她現時亦於大學擔任兼職講師，教授與正念及音樂相關的課程。
