This calming and revitalising session weaves together gentle mindful movement and grounding practices to cultivate inner strength, followed by breathwork with chanting specifically designed to strengthen and support brain health.

Through breath, movement, chanting, and mindful awareness, participants cultivate stability in the body and clarity in the mind.

Suitable for all levels, this class offers a simple yet powerful pathway to enhanced wellbeing, reduced stress, and a deeper reconnection with inner balance.
