YAMA’s Family Yoga welcomes folks of all ages to participate together in this joyful class. The class shares yoga postures, movement games, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness activities. Through physical interaction and verbal communication, parents can bond with their children, while helping encourage their kids to express themselves better, and establish good habits for wellbeing that last a lifetime. 

「YAMA 瑜”家”樂」歡迎各個年齡人士一起參加這個歡樂的課堂。課堂包括瑜伽式子、動作遊戲、呼吸、放鬆和正念練習。透露過身體互動和對話交流，父母可以與孩子建立更緊密的聯繫，幫助鼓勵他們更好地表達自己，並建立終身受益的良好健康習慣。歡迎各個年齡層參加！
