Celebrate International Yoga Day 2018 for a Good Cause

Join YAMA Foundation teacher, Claudia Tin for a community Integral Yoga class to help raise awareness for YAMA Foundation's free yoga, arts and meditation program for children living in caged homes and/or subdivided flats in one of Hong Kong's poorest neighbourhoods.

The class takes place on June 21, 2018 (International Yoga Day) at the IFC Rooftop Terrace. The class is on a pay-as-you-wish basis.

Your donation will go directly towards our signature 8-week Yoga, Arts & Meditation Program for these kids. YAMA Foundation partners with The Hub Hong Kong, which is a community centre in the heart of Sham Shui Po that provides after school activities and tutorials, as well as other opportunities to children who often have no where to go after school, while they wait for their parents to come home from work.
