YAMA’s Family Arts and Craft combine yoga and arts which are designed to be easily accessible for both children and parents. The class will begin with simple and gentle yoga poses followed by craft activities which involves creating fish using ribbons. 
YAMA 的親子手作班結合了瑜伽和藝術，特設讓兒童和父母都輕易掌握和分享樂趣。課堂從簡單溫和的瑜伽姿勢開始，然後進行絲帶魚手工製作。
